This Survey covers food-service establishments. The fast food segment includes sandwich, pizza, and chicken quick-service chains. The full-service segment includes dinner house, family, and grill/buffet restaurants.
"Restaurants" is a GICS sub-industry in the "Consumer Discretionary" sector of the S&P 1500.
